Βρέθηκα στην Σοφία μιλώντας για ενέργειες και σε σύντομο χρόνο κατέληξα να κάνω ψυχοθεραπεία ° και γω, ακόμα νόμιζα ότι μιλάγαμε για ενέργειες 😁!!
i was a yes Man, αλλα στην πορεία αυτό άλλαξε, διότι τελικά έπρεπε να δίνω και στον εαυτό μου χωροχρόνο. Η Σοφία σε κάθε συνεδρία, γύριζε τον καθρέφτη ώστε να αντικρίσω τον εαυτό μου.. Εκεί ήρθα σε επαφή με το εγώ μου και ευτυχώς το εγώ μου δεν ήταν και πολύ ισχυρό, οπότε για μένα ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία η ψυχοθεραπεία (είχα και φουρτουνιασμενες μέρες) και μπορώ να πω ότι εκμεταλλευτικα γενικά αυτή την μέθοδο ώστε να δω τον εαυτό μου από μια διαφορετική και μοναδική οπτική γωνία!!

Ααα! Η Σοφία πάντα μας φρόντιζε σε κάθε συνεδρία να έχει ένα μπολ μπροστά μας με διαφορους ωμους ξηρούς καρπούς γκοτζι μπερι μπλουμπερι κτλπ. Πού εν τέλει έγινε συνήθεια και στην ζωή μου!!

Επίσης έχουμε κάνει θεραπείες με ρεϊκι (αξιαγάπητο και το ρεϊκι) και η Σοφία με μύησε και στον 1ο και στον 2ο βαθμό Reiki Seichem Tera-Mai!!
Κροσινκ!! Καιιιι από αυτό!! Καφέ αρκούδα το 2ο επίπεδο.
Επίσης πολυυυ λίγο σαμανικα διότι δεν προλάβαινα... Καιιι τώρα τελευταία "φόρεσα" 12αρι Γκριντ γεωμετρίας στα τσάκρα μου...

To make a long story short, ότι και να κάνεις για τον εαυτό σου, αξίζει ο χρόνος και η προσπάθεια... Από μένα φύγανε πράγματα άχρηστα ενεργειακά-νοητικά-υλικά, όπως και ανάποδα, αποκόμισα ποιότητες χρήσιμες.
Τουλάχιστον εμένα με βοήθησαν ότι δουλειά και να έκανα με τον εαυτό μου..

Και τέλος κλείνω με το να πω για την Σοφία μια φράση, είναι "το εξπρές λεωφορείο" όχι πολλες πολλές στάσεις, κατευθείαν προς τον προορισμό.

Haber conocido a Sofi fue como la salvación. Estaba atravesando una situación de duelo y crisis emocional muy difícil de llevar.

Γνώρισα τη Σοφία αφού είπα σε έναν φίλο "το σώμα είναι πιο σοφό από το μυαλό" και τότε μου έδωσε τηλέφωνό της.

Ξεκινήσαμε ένα ταξίδι αυτογνωσίας, θεραπείας κ συγκίνησης με διαφορετικά μέσα κάθε φορά. Και το τελευταίο επειδή έχει γνώσεις από πολλούς κ διάφορους τομείς και εργαλεία τα οποία χειρίζεται κ ξέρει πότε θα χρειαστεί τί, πώς κ πόσο!

Την εμπιστεύτηκα κ δεν έχασα, αντίθετα κέρδισα το αυθεντικό της ενδιαφέρον, την ειλικρινή έγνοια να είμαι καλά ή να έχω πορεία προς τα εκεί, την οριοθέτησή της που δίνει δύναμη, την τρυφερότητά της όταν κάτι είναι δύσκολο κ πονάει.

Η Σοφία για μένα πέρα από ψυχοθεραπεύτρια υπήρξε δασκάλα (Ρέικι), αλλά κυρίως εμπειρία ζωής!

I first met Sofia at a sacred Geometry seminar, back in 2015-i think! We immediately came close and started sharing our lifetime experiences as friends, 'till I eventually asked her scientific and spiritual help and guidance for several matters that caused my everyday life pain.
