EARTH: Gives stability, practicality, security, balance, equilibrium, get things done.

Too much or unbalanced: Heaviness physically and energetically, attachment, inertia, stagnation.

elemental: terrinas/gnomes

FIRE: Instant doing, energy, passion, enthusiasm, inspiration. When refined gives the ability of pushing, starting, creating.

Too much or unbalanced: irritability, jealousy, anger, over passioned.

elementals: salamanders

WATER: Makes things happen whatever the circumstances, flows with the surroundings, sensitivity, emotions, contact, fluidity.

Lack of water: you cannot contact the other one.

too much or unbalanced: you are drown in your own emotions, you stop flowing.

elementals: odinas/undines

AIR: Brings the ideas, flexibility, communication, creativity. When refined gives the capacity for transcendance.

Too much: maddness - real mental diarrhea, disorientation.

elementals: sylphides

AETHER: Akash - The element of all elements. Space, exausion, clarity, absolute transcendance.

Too much: luck of practicality, not in the planet, spaced out, have no contact, very easy to go crazy.

The balance of the elements is important for the physical mental emotional and spiritual health and well being. For having ease and flow in life. Mastering the elements makes you a master of your reality. For Buddhists, working with the elements and mastering them is a practice of Liberation!

How to Balance the Elements in your Life

Firts of all a good diet, detoxing your colon and liver, exercise, martial arts, living in a healthy environment, minimum use of electronic devices and protection from electromagnetic frequencies, connection to nature and regularly being in nature, meditation, are basic to keep you in balance. In the above text you can see the indications of an imbalanced element, thus you can take proper action to rebalance it.

Together we will work with Quantum LIGHT, entering the Quantum Field to be the element and balance each element! Light Language and Geometry grids will create a Program, on you, for the purpose of balancing each element. You can go as far as creating a 12x12 Soul grid to Master The Elements! It will bring forward a strong process, well it is worth it!! Specific Breathing Exercises, from the Mexican shamanic tradition and Buddhist tradition in order to clean, purify and rebalance each element in you! It is up to you, which method fits you best, what you want to achieve, and how you want to invest in your balance and well being!

Being in Balance is a constant process. Balance is not something unmovable, something that if you do it once it stays fixed. Life is motion, and you need to be always aware of your self in the here now in order to be able to be in balance. So it is valuable to learn how to do it yourself and keep doing it whenever necessary.

Together we will work on specific exercises for the balance of the elements, exercises that you will learn and be able to repeat on your own! You will have your tools and be in control of what is happening to you, being able to rebalance your self whenever you need to do so!

Try this method to check if you are balanced or not. Connect with each element, starting with Earth, then move on to Fire, Water, Air and Ether. Sit comfortably, breath in your belly, and connect with the element of Earth. See it smell it feel it. See how you feel. Do you have to much or too little? does it have a clear colour or not? does it feel heavy or balanced? Then move to the next element, and so on. This way you can have a first hand experience of each element in your bodies. In this way you can also check which is the predominant element for you. You can understand a lot about yourself, about the ways you act and react, about the way things flow in your life or not, through your understanding of the elements.
