The session will last between an hour and an hour and a half maximum. You will be comfortable lying in your bed or sofa, or sitting relaxed in your favourite armchair, no telephones or other interruptions, and a glass of  water by your side.

I will connect with your energy at a soul level and will start looking for the programs, energies, beliefs, in your akashic in order to clear and remove them.

During the cleansing you might have sensations in your body or a change in your energy, that depends on your level of subtle sensitivity, some people feel more others feel less.

After i finish, you will be advised to stay relaxed and in a comfortable quiet space for a little bit more, drink plenty of water for that day and the 2 following days, as well as to observe your dreams. Change is instant, depending on the issue we are working on, and we might need to repeat the session up to 3 times in total (that depends on the programs/energies/beliefs and how deep they are rooted).

For example if we are working on a money issue, it might clear straight away, or it might need to be worked on your relationship with money, karma, belief system, hereditary patterns, as well as on the specific energies that affect your business lets say in this specific time line, as well as patterns with business associates, your chakra energies especially the 1st 2nd and 3rd chakra etc. So as you see, it depends on what you carry and where you stand in a conscious life karma level.

I've had cases where 3 sessions were enough to clear the energies for a specific relationship, a child with speech problems that was able to speak more clearly exactly after each session, as well as cases that we had to work with SRT in parallel with other methods in order to bring lasting change. All that of course we will be able to check before we start, as on our first meeting and before we start the sessions, we will discuss in detail the issue and will make a diagnosis to find out what is needed, in what level and what kind of change SRT will help you manifest, as well as what else we should add up from a different method or a special meditation practice that you should do on your own for the following week etc.  

At the same time, if you feel stuck in generally without knowing why or which issue to work with, we can also have an SRT session in order to clean up the energies that block clarity and understanding. Your Higher Self Knows All, and that is the part of you that i connect with in order to do the cleansing, so no worriz, even if you do not know what you need, after the session things are going to be more clear and in the light!

You have the option of a day or night session, meaning that we can have the session while you are awake and relaxed, or while you are sleeping. The latter is especially helpful for people with a strong mental control tendency, as while they are fully asleep the mental control is out of the way, thus we can work a lot deeper and not spend a lot of time clearing the blockages the mind is creating.
